The Council - Administrative Officers

Introduction:
Council is a group of highly motivated people that are the heart of the community. There decisions affect rules, website, forum, development of new content and deciding important decisions. They can act independently in there area of duties without asking for permission from other council members. Only actions that go beyond there usual expertise need to be submitted to the council forum. Appropriated person will approve and finish it.

How to become part of the Council:
You cant become a part of this group by asking or applying. Only way to become a part of it is to work in the manager group and possess unique skills that can benefit community. Forward thinking, independence in decisions and imagination are very welcome as well.

1) Council Members
Members of the Council are the inner core of the community. There duties are, everyday upkeep of the website, community and creation of the new content. They possess technical programing knowledge on at least intermediate level or are skilled artists with good imagination. New modules, extensions, projects, plans. Everything starts here. Code related website promotion by tags, search engines, feeds is done by this group as well.

2) Community Managers
The administrative management of the forums and website rests mostly on there shoulders. They got access to admin panels. They Resolve all community issues and manage every day website traffic and users. If you got questions or problems that cant be solved by anyone else, then you should contact someone from this group. Community and website promotion, promotion management. Creating interesting ideas, events and stimulating community activity by new posts, articles and interesting materials. They are an independent body that is closest to all the members in every day interactions and serves as link to the inner core.

Managers - Field Officers

Introduction:
Contact between Council and Members will mostly go through Management group. There goal is to swiftly deal with minor and more concerning community issues, answering frequently asked questions, creating new game branches, organizing game play, events and managing guilds in the games. There Secondary role is Promotion of Excessum website by posts, top lists and other common ways.

I want to play different game but dont want to leave Community:
Manager group can apply for creating new Excessum Branch in new game. Forum and website space will be provided as well as necesary support. All the in game management of the branch needs to be done by the manager applying for it. New branch need to have Excessum as the guild name.

How to become part of the Managers:
Send PM to Khebeln with detailed explanation why you want to become part of the managers, what are your plans if you will become one, and what exact position would you like. Moderator or Commander. There is no limit to the number people in this group, but only appropriate people with right mindset and maturity will be considered in the first place. Responsibility and organization is necessary to stay as a member of this group. Good social ,conflict resolvent skills are very welcome as well.

1) Moderators
No need for long explaination here. Moderators are to moderate forum. Splitting Topics, checking spelling (good English is required), moving topics to appropriate sections, updating all important sticky list topics or announcements and so on. Your life is your forum. Moderators are considered as in game officers as well. Secondary duty is to hunt news or articles that can be posted on the website. They should know how to use back end of joomla website to add and manage the articles and updating guild related news for the game they play as well. Managers are considered officers in game.

2) Commanders
This group don't have any moderator rights on forum or website. They are in game officers responsible for all in game activity, recruitment, promotion, image and so on. Good officers are like the veins that pump the blood that are members. You never have enough of them. But you cant have to many either. They should know how to use back end of joomla website to add and manage the articles and updating guild related news for the game they play as well. Managers are considered officers in game. They are responsible only for news related to the game they play guild related as well as game related only when moderators are responsible for any news and articles that can benefit the community.

Members - Excessum Full Members

Introduction:
No need for a lot of explanation here. All accepted Excessum members belong to those groups. Members have access to all the game branches in community without any restrictions as well as all the content on the website and forum.

1) Creative Excessum Members
Its a special group where people that volunteered as being available to help with their special skills. Appropriated topics and links to apply yourself can be found on the forum and website. Each of the volunteer section have special forum ranks listed below. Those ranks will be shown next to there name.

- Programmers & Developers: Excessum Programmer
Programming skills are essential to be a part of this group. Many future projects might require attention and time of this group. With the help of these important members, website as well as the forum will be able to speed up with its growth and ensure that the process will become more smooth and successful.

- Artists & Designers: Excessum Artist
Members of this group are people with impressive imagination and style. They possess considerable knowledge in art creating, photo editing, movies creating and more. There skills are great asset to the guild that will allow create unique style for the website and community. Most of the work provided by this members will be used in every day necessities by the guild or special projects, but we will also publicize special articles with their collective works as well.

- News and Article Writers: Excessum Writer
If you think that you got what it takes to be a writer then this is the group for you. Got good English ? Interesting style ? If yes then you can submit your articles through our website. Special Section and link for submitting new articles and news is available on the front page. All articles will always be signatured with your registered nick and linked to your profile. Be famous ! Be a writer. We need all sorts of Articles, from simple ones, through theoretical debating to guides,reviews and previews. Articles can be related to any mmorpg, anime, manga, online game topic. News or Article. News will be a 1 time information in news block. Can be viewed in archive. Article will be stored in articles catalog with custom introduction and description.

2) Excessum Members
All accepted excessum members are in this group. No duties here. Enjoy your stay on excessum website and have a good time. You are free to participate in any excessum activity. All rules where explained in recruitment application so no need to mention them here again. Excessum members got access to Members menu on the website only visible with this rank or higher.

3) Regular Members
People who registered on the excessum website to access extra content or participate in forum activity are part of this group. They don't have access to guild forums for obvious reasons. Website Development forum is not available to them as well.
