Guild Center Introduction
Introduction

I will list here few things that you should know about guild center. Whether you are new or old members its worth to completely read this post to familiarize yourself with this section as its the center of the guild. I will update this post in the future as new features will be added. Guild Center is visible only to full members.

Guild Center Features

- Ventrilo Status - Live Status of all online users on Excessum ventrilo.
- Events Calendar - Lists all events in same month with option to preview.
- Upcoming Events List - Shows 5 next events.
- Events Registration - Register by clicking on one of the events in Calendar or upcoming events and registering for it. Registering for events is mandatory if you want to participate in them. People registered got priority for the event.
- Excessum Articles - Access to special members only section of articles.
- Guild Related News - All Guild Related news gathered in one place in easy way to access for everyone.
- Guild Games - Special Games Sections dedicated to games we play. All news, events, posts, special modules like server status and so on are available in there. All content is filtered only to show this game guild related content.
- Sub Guild Games - Its section yet to be, it will be for non major games we play together like upcoming Diablo 3 or Starcraft 2. S4 will have such section soon. Information provided there will be more like a special page with all relevant information about the game along with info about our guild in game and organization.
- Easy Information Access - All important Rules, updates, and information will be ALWAYS posted as article, news or new section depending on how important it is.
- Members Content Submissions System - Got some interesting info to share with the community ? Did you write interesting article that you would like to publish ? Want to Highlight some event that happened in the game you play with us ? Nothing Simpler. All you need to do is go to Content manager >> Submit Article chose correct Category and section and send it to us. It will be reviewed and published afterward.
- Member's Events Submission - You can created you own events by using Events >> Submit Event to add new event. You can chose type of event, add description, duration and so on, along with the options to register or not.
- Community Articles- Fast Instant Publish Articles for all Excessum Community members. They are automatically published in Community Article Tab on the front page and in excessum article list in guild center. They can be accessed from Blog Article List as well. You can write your won community article by going to your profile page hovering over blog menu over your profile and choosing "write blog". After that ajax page will pop up where you can write you article in very easy way using wyswig editor with no html knowledge. After you chose title and write the article you need to chose the correct category for the article and send it. It will be published right away!
- Add Movies - Go to Content Manager >> Add Movies you can add movies to the youtube like movie directory by providing link to one of the movie hosting sites "YouTube, Google Video, Yahoo Video, MySpace Video, Flickr, Vimeo, Metacafe, Blip.tv, Dailymotion, Break Live, Leak, Viddler" and it will be automatically published in our database.
- Add Gallery - You can upload your images to our gallery list by choosing add gallery in your profile or in guild center Content Manager >> Add Gallery. Images must be up to 500kb in size to be accepted for upload. All galleries are listed under Gallery in Main menu.
