09/16/2009 - Recent Aion Open Beta was very successful for the Excessum Legion. We achieved all our goals, and tested everything we had in plans during the time we spent on Castor. I would like to thank everyone who donated the money for the guild upgrades and farmed Abyss points with me until the morning to secure for us the no.1 place as fastest guild on the server. 09/01/2009 - Its the final stage. Excessum website and forum is almost completely finished and polished. Aion Recruitment is almost complete. We get about 1-2k unique visits per day, 128 Full members, and almost 200 Registered members. We have sophisticated website system with 3 tier system. Guest/Registered Member/Excessum Member. Guild Center is fully operational with guild game sections, custom modules and functionality for each game, events system online, ventrilo status, free article publishing system, movie directory, open members gallery for anyone, facebook integration and much more. Without boasting about its fair to say that we are fully working and self sustaining community at this point. We can expand in any way we want, we got every system necessary to support any game branch. All officers are trained in use of the website, publishing articles and managing the back of the site.

07/29/2009 - Second stage of website optimization is finished. Most of the bugs is eradicated and fixed, Aion section is working, guild center is working, website speed is optimal and we don't suffer from any unsuspected downtime's due to server provider. The Core of the website and forum is finished and optimized. All thats left is to add useful features to all sections, and polish existing modules to make them look as they look today. We move irc to quakenet and install irc client on the website for instant access to our channel. Popularity of the website is growing extremely fast and we are forced to buy bigger web packaged from server provider to increase websites bandwidth. Test server is being set up for learning purposes for officers and code testing.

07/11/2009 - Website is going live. Domain name excessum-gaming.com is moved from forum to the website. website gets sub domain name forum.excessum-gaming.com. excessum irc is created on stratics network. We stat serious Recruitment campaign for Aion Europe by posting our recruitment posts on pretty much any aion website out there. Website is still far from being perfect though. Many small bugs are making it tough to use. Registration problems, login problems, slow server speed, hard navigation and so on. Hard work starts to optimize the website design, speed and functionality.

06/03/2009 - First Rough version of the website is shown on the forums in members only section. At this point website looked completly difrent that what it looks now. The whole idea was not formed and refined yet. It was simple, didnt contain Guild center, Community modules, and many other sections. It was rough draft with basics for the template. Access to it was restricted only to Council Members who could help with its development.

05/13/2009 - New excessum forum is going live and we are starting to migrate to new site in phases. Because we could t move database we had to manually move all the topics and ask all members to re register and re post their applications on the new forum. Forum is still very simple, contains only few categories and very title topics. Its bare naked. We used temporary official logo at that point. No real website exist at this point yet. Only forums. Work slowly starts to prepare the plans for joomla website and the Excessum Community Idea. Excessum gets new domain that we use today, "excessum-gaming.com".

04/16/2009 - Guild is created on Aion China Retail Server Beritra. We play as Asmodians. Serious Recruitment was started to gather as many English speaking member as we can so we can play with people that can understand us. Ina  very quick time we became biggest and most active International Guild on the server with several Chinese people playing with us. Guild still exist to this day on Chinese server but is not marked as branch. Most people recruited at that time where random and only about 20% of members from that guild where original excessum members that are with us today.

03/24/2009 - We moved to Aion China. As one of the first English speaking guilds we played in the beta as Elyos on Merihauarek server. We remade old Atlantica website for Excessum for Aion. It was still simple and based mostly on phpbb3 on free forums hosting. We did all we could with that system but it was not enough. We didn't had access to database nor the ftp. In future this could be a very serious problem when you cant move website to new host when you don't have access to database. This could threaten to kill the guild. Thats why we decided to start working on new website.

10/16/2008 - Excessum Atlantica Online Guild is created. In 5 Months including AO beta we managed to get as one of the top guild on the server, with own city and a place in strongest nation on server. Good Deal of members from Ragnarok Guild moves to the slowly forming idea for the Excessum Guild Community that we can see today. Ragnarok Guild leader at that time is Hopeless with Yaha an few other people playing with him. We started planing very roughly Aion Launch, but we still didn't had any idea how far our plans will take us. We quit Atlantica Online at one point becasue of lack of end game content at that time. Forum domain at this point is "excessum.darkbb.com".

10/01/2007 - Excessum is created in World of Warcraft on Laughing Skull Server with part of old FiRe Guild Members. People who made the guild are Khebeln and Aragata. We played as Horde and managed to get as top Raid and PvP Guild. PvE as well as PvP was dominated by us on the server. Its the first time Excessum Guild name is ever used in any mmorpg game. Forum domain name at this point is "excesssum.org".
